Marisa Portolese Marisa currently lives and works in Montréal, Quebec. She has had solo exhibitions, as well as group shows, across Canada, Europe and the United States, and has been awarded grants from the Canada Council for the Arts, the Quebec Arts Council (CALQ) and the Dumaurier Arts Council. Her work is part of private and public collections, and a book of her photographs has been published by Dazibao, in Montreal. Marisa teaches full time in the photography programme at Concordia University, and is represented by Gallery Trois Points in Montréal.
